If you want a serious, intellectual and thoughtful perspective of gymnastics and the code: your in the wrong place.

  1. Hi,
I just stumbled across this somehow through twitter I think 🙂 I have just read all your posts and thoroughly enjoyed them. I love what you are doing. It is so often that gymnastics is seen as a sport for young pre- adolescents and not at all possible for those of us who are, well, past that age. I even have a competitive gymnastics background and have thought I’m too old to get back into it now at 23. However, the last few weeks I’ve longed to get back training even if just for fun and fitness. Reading your blog has inspired me to contact my local gym tomorrow to see if there is any way I can even use the facilities a few times a week (even if I have to trade in my coaching skills to do so).
Thank you for showing that it is possible.
I shall be writing blogs, probably about my background and past experiences first and hopefully get to writing about how my training is going in the near future 🙂

  2. Hey! Love the blog! It’s amanda_roxs. Nice setup. I used to have a blog. You’ve done way better then I have! : D
